| Javid Ibrahim is the managing director The Ideal Group. He started the business with Karen Pedley in 2002 and the business has grown rapidly and from strength to strength under his leadership. Javid takes a hands-on approach to ensure the company provides the best possible service and utilises the most advanced techniques and modern equipment available. |

| Karen started The Ideal Group with Javid in 2002 and she plays a vital role in the management of the business and has been instrumental in its growth. Karen champions customer satisfaction throughout the business and is committed to delivering first class service. |

Amanda Tate |
| Amanda is the office and commercial manager. She is the first point of contact for all new business enquiries and also sees them through to completion. As former area manager for the AA (Kent and Sussex) she is well equipped to manage the growing client base of the Ideal Group. |

Fred Donnison |
| Fred is the Group operations manager and oversees all the different projects underway nationwide. He regularly surveys sites, visits clients and manages the front line staff. Fred is an experienced manager who was attracted to the challenge of helping grow a young and dynamic company. |

Tony Hogan |
| Tony joined The Ideal Group as sales manager and is responsible for growing sales across its portfolio of services. Tony has over 30 years experience in sales, IT and process management in large corporate companies including Prudential, Stena Line and Whitbread. Like Fred, Tony joined the team because he enjoys helping grow a thriving business. |

Michelle Harding |
| Michelle works in the accounts department and ensures that the finances of the business are always on track and on time. Michelle works closely with Karen to help with the smooth running of the business. |

Jacklyn Edwards |
| Jacklyn works in the accounts department alongside Michelle and maintains a very high level of accuracy and efficiency in her work. She ensures we pay, and invoice, on time |

Charlie Adams |

| Charlie works in internal sales and deals with incoming enquiries. Charlie has extensive experience in both sales and recruitment and he is our office joker (Every company has one!) |

Steve Mills |

| Steve is the field sales representative in the team responsible for residential and domestic sales including carpet, upholstery, curtains and tile cleaning. Steve visits new and existing clients to survey the situation and provide them with a quotation to meet their requirements. |

Ali Felahati |
| Ali is the team leader in charge of our carpet and upholstery cleaning services. He ensures that we provide the best quality service to our customers by using the most advanced techniques, machinery and equipment. With several years experience and an extensive amount of cleaning knowledge, Ali is a real asset to the company. |

Attila Kovacs |
| Attila is a team leader and she looks after our commercial cleaning customers, ensuring we sustain the highest standards in our work. With extensive knowledge and many years experience in the cleaning industry, Attila ensures our commercial projects are run efficiently and to schedule. |

Aaron Edwards |
| Aaron has recently became a full time employee after many years of working part time with the company. Aaron is fully trained to deal with fire and flood restoration project work and is trained to use all the necessary equipment including the unique Arid Air system. |

Emma Tomkinson |

| Emma has been with the Ideal Group since the business started in 2002. She is a team leader and she oversees contract and commercial builders and hygiene cleaning. Emma is very experienced in dealing with contract cleaning requirements and also assists with flood and fire restoration projects. |
